Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in a regional NetOps or Network Engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to drive complex technical project milestones independently.
• Capability to align network specialisation with broader enterprise IT and business objectives.
• Demonstrated success working across multi-regional, cross-functional teams in different time zones.
• Skill in decomposing enterprise cloud migrations into actionable, resource-allocated project steps.
• Preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ASCA certifications.
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the Level 1 NOC.
• Diagnose complex network performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and outages.
• Lead remote staging, configuration, and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
• Provide remote technical leadership to field engineers during rack-and-stack, cabling, and patching.
• Implement network designs provided by Global Network Architecture teams.
• Execute SD-WAN and SASE architecture rollouts across the enterprise.
• Execute lifecycle patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Conduct automated and manual configuration audits to ensure 100% compliance with security baselines.
• Monitor network telemetry and system health to identify and resolve performance degradation.
