Job summary
Rentokil Initial is seeking a Network Engineer (EMEA & APAC) to maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise network infrastructure across regional data centers and branch offices. You will balance NetOps incident resolution with engineering project delivery, including SD-WAN migrations and SASE rollouts.
The role requires autonomous execution, strong IT governance and ITIL knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-regional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in a regional NetOps or Network Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and ITIL frameworks.
- CCNA/Network+/ASCA or ITIL Foundation certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary escalation point for NetOps incidents (NOC Level 2/3).
- Lead remote staging and provisioning of branch networking hardware.
- Deliver SD-WAN and SASE rollout projects across regions.
- Perform patching, audits, and vulnerability remediation across network gear.
- Monitor capacity and performance, ensuring high availability.
