Job summary

TNS is seeking a Senior Network Architect to design, document and deploy services in a global IP/MPLS network, focusing on SD-WAN, IPSec and MPLS VPN. You will shape cloud integration, automate configurations and lead critical maintenance with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong Fortinet FortiGate and MPLS/SD-WAN expertise, extensive routing knowledge, and hands-on DevOps tooling. US-based role with ongoing on-call and flexible hours to support global operations.

Qualifications

Experience designing MPLS or SD-WAN based solutions.
Hands-on Fortinet FortiGate design/configuration in SD-WAN.
Experience with network automation and DevOps tooling (Terraform/Ansible/Nautobot).
Proficient in IPSec, DMVPN and routing protocols (BGP/OSPF).
Experience designing cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong documentation and incident-management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and test new technologies and document repeatable results for operations.
Collaborate with Pre-sales and Product Marketing to meet customer requirements.
Evaluate platforms and solutions for integration into TNS product suite.
Provide third-level support to NOC and Implementations teams.
Develop lab test plans and reports; document new configurations; train operations teams.
Interact with vendors to resolve problems and perform hands-on testing.
