Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is seeking an IT Technical Delivery Lead in London to drive modernization and transformation programs. The role mobilizes delivery teams, collaborates with business leads, and ensures delivery against standards and metrics.

You will work with partners and vendors to deliver technology solutions across complex programs. The ideal candidate has significant insurance technology delivery experience, familiarity with digital trading platforms like Acturis, and

Qualifications

Significant experience in technology delivery in the insurance sector.
Experience of digital trading insurance platforms e.g. Acturis desirable.
In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Exposure to/experience in Robotic Process Automation desirable.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Mobilizes the delivery team and resources, delivering technology work to standards and metrics.
Manages scope, estimates, and change control with stakeholders.
Provides cost estimates and financial inputs to PMO/Finance.
Drives QA reviews and resolves actions within timelines.
Identifies and resolves complex problems and blockers, escalates when needed.
Sets priorities and leads delivery with minimal oversight.
Provides leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Acts as a SME to AIG and stakeholders in a technology area.
