Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Programme Executive to lead global MSP programmes from our London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, govern programmes to meet KPIs, timelines and budgets, and manage client and vendor relationships to deliver complex projects. The role requires strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and reporting skills, with the ability to navigate multiple time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-regional programmes within an MSP or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience in developing KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global programmes within the MSP environment, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure effective programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, monitor performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including business cases, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers to support programme delivery.
• Conduct regular appraisals of programme team performance and provide coaching to support professional development.
