Prodrive seeks an experienced Transport Manager to lead our HGV fleet, driver team and international logistics across motorsport events. You will ensure safety, legal compliance and cost‑effective transport operations aligned with race schedules.

The role requires CPC certification, strong planning skills, and the ability to coordinate with Race and Rally teams, freight partners and event organisers. A proactive, commercially minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in LGV & HGV transport management within motorsport or related sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU transport legislation, licensing, drivers' hours, tachographs.
• Experience managing drivers, resources and budgets.
• CPC with refresher and CPD.
• International cross-border logistics experience.
• Organised, commercially aware, solutions focused under pressure.
• Confident communicator with management stakeholders.
• Flexible to international motorsport calendar while upholding safety and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safe, legal and efficient operation of the HGV fleet and compliance with transport law.
• Manage drivers, qualifications and scheduling; ensure regulatory hours and tachographs are observed.
• Develop transport plans with Race/Rally teams and coordinate movement of vehicles, equipment and trucks.
• Monitor budgets, fuel, maintenance and third‑party logistics costs; drive cost reductions.
• Implement KPIs and reporting on fleet performance and compliance.
• Continuously review and improve transport processes, systems and safety standards.
