Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking an International Logistics professional in the UK to manage day-to-day compliance for global shipments and coordinate event-related logistics.

The role emphasizes customs documentation, freight forwarder relationships, and adherence to evolving border rules. Experience in motorsport and knowledge of commodity codes are advantageous, with flexibility for out-of-hours duties.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in International Logistics and Customs.
• Experience in motorsport.
• Forklift Licence (Preferred not essential).
• IATA Dangerous Goods (Preferred not essential).

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day compliance of international shipments and issue customs clearance instructions.
• Coordinate non-F1 logistics with internal departments to ship event equipment and merchandise to UK and international events.
• Record and maintain internal freight registers for international movements.
• Review HMRC Import and Export data and reports, ensuring shipments are compliant and documentation retained.
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and parcel carriers, resolve delays and compliance issues.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, resolving delays or issues swiftly.
• Keep up to date with international border and customs changes.
• Advise internal stakeholders and suppliers on export/import shipping requirements and commodity codes, ensuring documentation is correct to prevent delays.
• Support the Race Team in ensuring freight documentation is compliant and retained.
• Assist the Merchandise team with shipments to partners and events, UK and International.
• Assist in maintaining Known Consignor Security programme and ongoing compliance checks.
• Pack and dispatch shipments including out of hours and weekend cover.
