Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Director of Modern Workplace to lead the design, delivery and governance of a global modern workplace ecosystem. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage multi-million budgets, and drive AI-powered automation and process optimisation across identity, collaboration, and endpoint platforms.

You will own architectural vision, align strategy with business objectives, and champion security and user adoption while reporting to the CIO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate modern workplace strategy aligned with business objectives, security requirements and the technology roadmap.
• Lead global Microsoft 365 design and delivery (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) and supporting tools.
• Establish governance for licensing, vendors, compliance and cost optimisation.
• Oversee workforce identity management and access controls across regions and platforms.
• Lead strategy and operations for endpoint platforms and remote application delivery.
• Direct end-user training, communications and adoption to improve experience and productivity.
