Boston Consulting Group is seeking an Executive Director for Digital Workplace Experience to lead a strategic portfolio and drive AI-enabled transformation across the firm. You will define strategy, roadmaps and investments in close partnership with Product, Engineering and Enterprise Technology leaders.

The role requires 20+ years of experience, strong executive presence, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant work experience; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic portfolio within Digital Workplace Experience with measurable business outcomes.
• Define strategy, accelerate transformation and deliver value across products, services and capabilities.
