Job summary

Dentsu International Americas seeks a Director of Modern Workplace to design, deliver and lead its modern workplace ecosystem across global endpoints and collaboration platforms. You will own the architectural vision, drive digital transformation, and lead cross-functional engineering teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, governing licensing and security, and expanding AI-powered automation to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate modern workplace strategy aligned with business objectives, security requirements and the technology roadmap.
• Own global Microsoft 365 design and delivery and supporting tools.
• Lead workforce identity design and implementation across regions.
• Set governance for licensing, vendors, compliance and cost optimisation.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex incidents and cross-platform issues.
