Job summary

Global Expat Pay is seeking a Customer Success professional to join our forward-thinking team in Windsor, UK. You will be a key member, influencing customer-related decisions and delivering projects from concept to delivery within our hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with customers, handle data-driven payroll processes, and drive onboarding and activation activities while seeking opportunities for operational improvement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly data and payroll process management: data collection, processing, distribution, and payroll instructions in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure reporting meets timelines and quality requirements.
• Review customer deliverables (payroll, finance, reporting) and obtain sign-off before delivery.
• Lead client activation with new clients and drive client conversations and updates.
