Borderless Immigration in Greater London is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own relationships end-to-end, ensuring outstanding service and guiding customers through complex immigration processes. You will manage a growing portfolio of SMB accounts, collaborating with Product, Support, Operations, and Sales to drive retention and growth while we train you in immigration accreditation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn immigration regulations and pursue accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship end to end, including renewal and growth.
• Understand customer needs, proactively solve problems, and improve retention.
• Contribute to shaping and improving Customer Success processes as we scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Immigration Advisors, Operations, Support and Sales to deliver a seamless experience.
• Ensure high-quality, proactive service across the customer journey.
