Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support international assignments across the Europe, Africa and Middle East region. You will partner with employees, leaders, HR colleagues and external providers to ensure compliant, seamless mobility programs.

Responsibilities include policy advice, vendor management, data handling and program optimization, in a fast-paced global environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of global mobility, relocation, compensation and benefits principles.
• Understanding of immigration, tax, and compliance considerations for international assignments in EAME.
• Knowledge of data privacy and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in global mobility, international assignments, relocation, or Total Rewards.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer international assignments and relocation programs across the EAME region.
• Provide guidance on mobility programs and relocation support to employees and HR partners.
• Manage relationships with relocation vendors to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate policy counseling, cost estimates, reporting, and expense reimbursements.
• Support development and continuous improvement of mobility policies and processes.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support program effectiveness.
