Job summary

CRC Evans Ltd. is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead the movement of our people across international energy and infrastructure projects.

This role shapes how we deploy talent globally, supports business growth, and ensures our people work safely and compliantly wherever projects take them. You will lead mobility strategy, oversee assignments and relocations, collaborate with operations, HR, finance and tax, and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting to

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Global Mobility or International HR.
• Strong knowledge of global assignments, immigration, tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting project field based or engineering organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance compliance, cost and employee experience.
• A passion for making global workforce deployment seamless and effective.

Responsibilities

• Leading our global mobility strategy and deployment programmes.
• Managing international assignments, rotations, relocations and project mobilisations.
• Partnering with Operations, HR, Finance, Tax and Leadership teams to support critical project delivery.
• Driving compliance across immigration, tax, social security and employment legislation.
• Enhancing employee experience for our globally deployed workforce.
• Identifying innovative ways to improve mobility processes, systems and reporting.
