Job summary

Renishaw is hiring a Global Mobility Specialist to oversee end-to-end mobility for UK and international assignments. You will advise on immigration, coordinate with external providers, and support visa applications and sponsor license management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility or immigration compliance is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for mobility-related queries from employees and managers.
• Advise on immigration requirements for assignments, transfers and short-term trips.
• Assist with visa applications and sponsor license management.
• Plan and administer assignments and relocations with GM policy guidance.
• Collaborate with Tax, Global HR and other functions to ensure compliance and great employee experience.
• Support the development and updating of the mobility policy framework and vendor selection.
