Job summary

CHANEL in the United Kingdom is seeking an expert in Global Mobility to lead cross-border assignments, compensation design, and policy alignment. You will advise stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal and Talent, ensuring compliant, competitive mobility programs.

You will manage annual compensation reviews for international assignees, partner with suppliers, deliver training, and translate strategic mobility priorities into practical plans.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Mobility/Rewards/HR projects across a wide region
• Experience using Workday and Equus Platform (Assignment Pro) a plus
• Strong international assignment compensation plan design, delivery, and taxation
• Deep knowledge of emerging Global Mobility and market trends to bring insights
• Strong capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and consultation on cross-border mobility matters including tax, immigration, relocation, compensation, social security, payroll, strategic assignment planning and compliance
• Contribute to the global priorities and objectives and provide innovative ideas for program improvements and efficiencies
• Design and deliver international assignment compensation packages in line with prevailing mobility policy aligning the business needs with the right policy approach
• Manage the annual compensation review process for international assignees and international transfers
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal and Talent to achieve individual and collective objectives
• Manage service delivery and KPIs with supplier partners; directing the RFP process for new supplier partners as needed
• Prepare and deliver training material to educate internal stakeholder partners as needed
