Job summary

CHANEL in London is seeking an International Mobility Senior Manager to support the UK region and global corporate mobility. You will enable talent mobility, drive cross-border programs and ensure an exemplary employee experience.

Reporting to the Global Head of International Mobility, you will design compensation packages, manage international assignments, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Talent to navigate risks and deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Mobility/Rewards/HR projects across regions.
• Experience with Workday and Equus Platform is a plus.
• Strong design and delivery of international assignment compensation plans.
• Deep knowledge of emerging global mobility trends and taxation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on cross-border mobility, including tax, immigration, and compensation.
• Design international assignment packages aligned with mobility policy and business needs.
• Manage annual compensation reviews for international assignees and transfers.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and Talent to achieve objectives.
• Manage service delivery with supplier partners and lead RFP processes as needed.
• Translate vision into practical plans and deliverables; build trusted relationships.

In this spirit we are searching for an International Mobility Senior Manager to support our UK Region and Global Corporate and serve as a key member of our International Mobility community. As the strategic enabler that nurtures our future leaders and facilitates the acquisition and deployment of our talents, International Mobility plays a key role in supporting a dynamic and evolving global workforce. This role will report to the Global Head of International Mobility at the Corporate Headquarters in London and will work with our talent, business leaders and internal and external stakeholders navigating risks and compliance whilst delivering an exceptional employee experience. What impact you create at Chanel

• Provide expert advice and consultation on cross-border mobility matters including but not limited to tax, immigration, relocation, compensation, social security, payroll, strategic assignment planning and compliance
• Contribute to the global priorities and objectives and provide innovative ideas for program improvements and efficiencies
• Design and deliver international assignment compensation packages in line with prevailing mobility policy aligning the business needs with the right policy approach
• Manage the annual compensation review process for international assignees and international transfers
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal and Talent to achieve individual and collective objectives
• Manage service delivery and KPIs with supplier partners; directing the RFP process for new supplier partners as needed
• Prepare and deliver training material to educate internal stakeholder partners as needed

• Proven track record leading and implementing Mobility / Rewards / HR projects across a wide region / multiple-markets
• Experience using Workday and Equus Platform (Assignment Pro) a plus
• Strong international assignment compensation plan design, delivery, and taxation
• Deep knowledge of emerging Global Mobility and market trends to bring insights
• Strong capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills
