Job summary

Squarepoint is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to manage end-to-end relocation for new hires and coordinate immigration and travel visa needs. You will work with HR, Recruitment, Payroll and Compliance to ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience.

The role emphasizes precise record-keeping and stakeholder collaboration across the Global Mobility function. Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in Global Mobility or HR operations, plus strong Excel and Workday

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors.
• Experience using HR systems (e.g. Workday) and Excel; excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end relocation support for new hires from offer to arrival.
• Manage immigration, tax and relocation vendor activities to ensure compliance.
• Partner with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and Compliance to support mobility.
• Support global business travel visa requests and coordinate with immigration providers.
• Maintain mobility tracker and employee case records; review expenses in Workday.
