This 0.4 FTE role coordinates grants, loans, and compliance within Careers and Employability, ensuring accurate payments and timely processing of the U.K.

student funding framework.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform grants and loans calculations and checks.
• Well organized with a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver administrative processes for international mobility, funding and experience.
• Manage student funding processes, grants, and loan calculations from application to payment.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Interpret programme requirements and resolve administrative issues with escalation as needed.
