Ambition is seeking a Global Mobility Director to steer a client-focused practice in cross-border workforce strategy for entrepreneurial businesses and international clients. You will lead relationships, deliver expatriate and mobility advisory, and drive growth across tax, legal and advisory disciplines.

You will mentor senior staff, coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects, and shape the evolution of our People Advisory offering within a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Global Mobility, Employment Tax or International Mobility Advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of expatriate taxation, social security and international assignment planning.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering advisory work.
• Commercial mindset with interest in growing a practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on global mobility matters.
• Advise on international assignments, expatriate taxation, employment tax and social security.
• Support businesses with global workforce planning and mobility programmes.
• Manage cross-border projects and coordinate multi-jurisdictional advice.
• Build relationships with business owners, senior executives and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships and revenue growth.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support growth of the People Advisory offering.
