Job summary

CAE is seeking a Business Line Leader within Mission Training & Advanced Capabilities to drive global strategy and execution for a high-impact business line. You will bridge advanced technical capabilities with evolving customer requirements, leading a virtual, cross-functional team to deliver differentiated solutions across multi-domain markets.

You will own the virtual P&L and shape partnerships with OEMs and industry participants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, business development, capture management, sales, program management, or related field.
• Shaping and winning large strategic opportunities in complex OEM/government environments.
• P&L leadership in technology, aerospace or defence sectors.
• Experience with joint and integrated military operational readiness training and operations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to decide in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead and influence through matrix organizations without direct authority.
• Clear communication with employees, customers, partners and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; NATO SECRET clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational plans and drive five-year pipeline growth.
• Lead cross-regional teams to align solutions, proposals and marketing activities.
• Develop go-to-market packages for front-line business development.
• Monitor virtual P&L and drive performance improvements.
• Lead staffing decisions to support pipeline opportunities and growth.
• Foster collaboration across technical, commercial and cross-functional teams.
