Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Senior Prospect Research Manager to strengthen our prospect research function and drive fundraising growth. You will shape strategy, deliver insights, and establish KPIs aligned with our priorities across multiple markets.

You’ll lead the global prospect research team, identify high-potential donors, and ensure ethical screening and data reporting underpin decision-making.

Qualifications

• Prospect research experience within an international fundraising team or comparable environment.
• Experience building and managing a prospect pipeline that supports income growth.
• Experience using a wide variety of resources to produce high-quality intelligence for fundraisers.
• Experience of due diligence and applying ethical fundraising policies.
• Strong understanding of prospect research systems and processes, with experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prospect research - Leading and strengthening the global prospect research function to support ethical fundraising growth across key markets.
• High Potential Prospects - Identifying, researching and prioritising high-potential prospects from Salesforce and other sources, working with CRM & Insights.
• Profile Creation - Producing clear, high-quality prospect research profiles to support donor cultivation and strategic decision-making.
• Ethical Screening - Leading on due diligence and ethical screening across donors and markets.
• Data and Reporting - Analyzing the prospect pool and donor records to identify opportunities and support compliant records.
