Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead the Circle of Compassion programme and grow income across our global markets. Based in Godalming with hybrid pattern, the role focuses on donor engagement and strategic programme development.

You will build relationships with Circle members, drive acquisition, and use Salesforce analytics to inform decisions and optimize donor journeys for sustained giving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mid-level, major donor or high-value fundraising.
• Experience leading or scaling a fundraising programme with income growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse donor groups.
• Confident with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for donor, colleague and stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, positive, adaptable with strong organisation and prioritisation.
• Passion for Compassion in World Farming's mission to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Circle of Compassion programme globally and drive expansion into priority markets.
• Deliver donor stewardship and strengthen long-term engagement and giving.
• Develop donor acquisition and pipeline growth with cross-team collaboration.
• Use insights to monitor, report via Salesforce, and optimise donor journeys to grow income.
