Job summary

Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is seeking an International Travel Co-ordinator in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This full-time, permanent role involves coordinating global medical repatriations, arranging urgent flights, ground transport, visas, and medical escorts to ensure patients travel safely home.

The position requires experience in airline ticketing, airport logistics, or emergency medical transport, and proficiency with Amadeus GDS. You will work in a fast-paced team with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven background in airline ticketing, airport logistics, or emergency medical transport.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline ticketing rules.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under time pressure.
• Meticulous approach to managing multiple cases and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers, airlines and medical teams.

Responsibilities

• Global travel and logistics coordination for complex repatriation cases.
• Arrange flights, medical escorts, ground transport, ambulances, accommodation, and visas.
• Collaborate with case handlers, medical teams, security specialists, airlines and transport suppliers.
• Assess travel options, perform cost comparisons, and maintain case files with regulatory compliance.
• Identify delays or restrictions and escalate to ensure safe, timely journeys.
• Provide empathetic, professional communication to clients and third parties.
