Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. is seeking a Global Knowledge Transfer Associate Director to lead the design and delivery of scientific trainings for the global medical community.

You will shape training strategies across Oncology, Neuroscience and Rare Diseases and partner with regional medical teams to meet country priorities. The role focuses on building a learning culture while ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies and leveraging advanced training tools such as Veeva Systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in medical affairs (MSL/Medical Advisor/Training).
• Experience designing and delivering scientific trainings across global teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional training programs with global stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver therapeutic-area scientific trainings for global medical teams.
• Develop onboarding and certification programs to raise scientific knowledge.
• Collaborate with affiliate medical directors and regional leads to address local needs.
• Lead learning initiatives and integrate adult-learning principles across training projects.
