Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Global Knowledge Transfer Associate Director to lead the design and delivery of scientific trainings for the global medical community and to strengthen capabilities across therapy areas. You will integrate training with evidence generation plans and collaborate with regional medical teams to address local needs.

The role requires a strong medical affairs background, exceptional communication, and global project leadership.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong scientific background across therapy areas.
• Extensive medical affairs or training experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Global project management experience in pharma.
• English fluency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global training strategy and scientific trainings for the medical community.
• Collaborate with MEGS and Global Asset teams to align evidence generation.
• Address local training needs with affiliate medical teams and country priorities.
• Promote a learning culture across the Global Medical community and drive capability development.
