Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing pharmaceutical or biotechnology events.
• Experience managing standalone events and logistics.
• Knowledge of pharma regulations such as HIPAA and the Sunshine Act.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for all medical events and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate global and local cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Oversee event budgeting, PO management, contracts, and ethics/compliance considerations.
• Manage external agencies for logistics and other event functions.
• Monitor events before, during, and after execution to identify improvements.
