• Design and deliver therapeutic area scientific training for all medical functions.
• Deliver all scientific trainings to the global medical community for the assets covered; incorporate adult learning principles into training design.
• Identify, develop and implement training solutions for medical functions in core areas including onboarding and certification.
• Advance therapy area knowledge and leverage new data releases to enhance scientific expertise across the global medical community.
