Job summary

GSK is seeking a Global Medical Director, Respiratory, to lead the global medical strategy and evidence generation for a key respiratory asset. You will drive scientific leadership, influence clinical practice, and ensure patients benefit from advances in respiratory medicine.

You will partner with R&D, Commercial, Market Access and LOC Medical teams to translate medical insights into actionable plans, while building a strong network of external experts to maximize global impact and patient

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS/PhD or equivalent in clinical/scientific discipline.
• Experience leading Medical Affairs with LOCs and launch support.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Global Medical Affairs Plans and Integrated Evidence Plans.
• Support asset strategy and timely execution of MAP and IEP in partnership with stakeholders.
• Understand LOC needs through partnerships to align landscape and value drivers.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver medical plans on time and budget.
• Engage global external experts to advance clinical care and patient outcomes.
