Job summary

GSK seeks an experienced regulatory leader to join our Global Regulatory Strategy group in the United Kingdom. You will provide strategic regulatory leadership for Respiratory, Immunology and Inflammation assets, shaping development programmes and regulatory plans across global and regional teams.

The role combines senior cross-functional influence with direct health-authority engagement, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological science, healthcare science or related discipline.
• Significant regulatory-affairs experience across pharmaceutical development and lifecycle.
• Experience developing and delivering regulatory strategies for development programmes.
• Experience leading regulatory submission and approval activities.
• Track record of leading interactions or milestone meetings with health authorities.
• Experience providing regulatory leadership within global, cross-functional matrix teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical-trial and marketing-authorisation requirements in major markets.
• Master’s degree or PhD or other advanced qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global and regional regulatory strategies for Respiratory, Immunology and Inflammation assets.
• Ensure regulatory strategy aligns with development plans and market requirements.
• Provide strategic regulatory leadership to cross‑functional teams and asset accountability.
• Assess regulatory risks and identify opportunities impacting development strategy.
• Translate complex regulatory information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead regulatory matrix teams and coordinate activities across geographies.
• Lead health-authority interactions, submissions, and milestone reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical, safety, medical, and commercial teams.
