Job summary

The role reports to the Global Clinical Head and leads a team of medical directors across multiple studies, ensuring strategy, design, and execution meet regulatory and patient needs.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, provide scientific input to study documents, manage risk, and engage with health authorities and investigators worldwide.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or equivalent medical/scientific qualification.
• Experience in clinical development and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of biostatistics, regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance, GCP, and trial safety.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical, scientific, and ethical components of studies in compliance with GCP.
• Provide scientific medical input to study documents and safety plans.
• Represent the program at health authority interactions and investigator meetings.
• Line management of study physicians and scientists.
