Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking a globally focused Programme Manager to own the medical device portfolio across multiple markets. You will lead registrations, collaborate with Regulatory, Commercial and external partners, and drive compliant, scalable processes for expansion.

The role requires hands-on ownership of a device, strong PM capabilities, and fluency in English. Travel to various sites is expected as part of international market entry.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical device programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (EU MDR, national rules).
• Ability to compile and manage technical files and registration dossiers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across regulatory, commercial and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Curaleaf's medical device programme.
• Lead international product registration and new market entry activities.
• Manage cross-functional projects across multiple territories.
• Compile and maintain technical files, registration dossiers and evidence packs.
• Ensure compliance with EU MDR and market-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorised Representatives and in-market partners.
• Support complaint handling, post-market surveillance and incident trend tracking.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to support future market expansion.
• Provide clear global programme reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
