This exciting role leads the Global Maturity Assessment Director within our Operational Excellence Team, driving maturity assessments that deliver insights and strategy across client programmes.

You’ll shape the next generation of our service line with AI and lead cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in complex delivery environments and consulting.
• Experience leading maturity assessments in large capital programmes.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to executive audiences.
• Proven use of AI and data-driven insights to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Global service leadership for the Maturity Assessment offering across Mace Consult.
• Delivery leadership and strategic improvement with client sites and leaders worldwide.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, and market propositions; build internal capability.
• Lead business development, bids, proposals and strengthen the global pipeline.
