Job summary

Mace Consult is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to independently drive discovery, redesign and optimisation of business processes and digital services using AI-first principles. You will work across business and Digital teams, identifying AI opportunities, shaping solutions and translating ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes for Mace Consult.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing business analysis assessments for digital, data or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in process discovery, process mapping and redesign, including defining future-state work design.
• Ability to identify, shape and prioritise AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Experience building business cases, assessing expected value and defining measurable success criteria for technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience capturing business, functional and non-functional requirements for AI, data and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the assessment of current business processes, decision points, pain points and data to identify where AI can augment or transform outcomes.
• Evaluating AI-enabled change including value, feasibility, data quality, governance and responsible AI considerations.
• Defining practical AI-enabled future-state processes using AI-first principles.
• Working with stakeholders to shape practical, responsible and scalable AI-enabled process solutions.
• Translating business requirements into clear functional, data and AI solution requirements for technical teams.
• Creating as-is and to-be process maps, service journeys and operating models with AI and human oversight.
• Leading smaller initiatives from discovery through design, testing and handover when a dedicated PM is not required.
• Supporting adoption of AI-enabled business analysis practices across the business.
