Job summary

CooperVision Fareham seeks a Master Data / Product Change Analyst on a 12-month FTC to manage master data in Informatica iMDM and support ERP systems, ensuring accurate item data and packaging configurations.

Responsibilities include creating packaging BOMs and packaging change orders in e-QMS, coordinating with global sites and suppliers, and acting as SME for product launches and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• Experience with at least one ERP system (Baan, SAP, etc).
• Strong Excel skills, including macros and advanced formulas.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document processes accurately.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain master data in Informatica iMDM and ERP systems.
• Create packaging parts and BOMs in e-QMS quality management system.
• Create Packaging Change Orders in e-QMS quality management system.
• Coordinate packaging changes with suppliers and internal teams.
• Act as SME for product launches and item master data across systems.
• Support data conversion and data quality checks.
