Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in markets operations, tax operations, regulatory reporting, or related control function in a global financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of international withholding tax, reclaims/relief at source, and transaction-based tax regimes.
• Working knowledge of CRS and FATCA information reporting frameworks and operating models.
• Demonstrated expertise in control design, risk assessment, and audit/regulatory engagement.
• Strong understanding of markets products and lifecycle data and events flow.
• Proven ability to drive technology-led change and partner with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, operating model, and control framework for markets international information reporting incl. policy interpretation and management reporting.
• Lead end-to-end oversight of international tax reclaims and relief at source across products and entities.
• Oversee FTT execution and controls for multiple jurisdictions, including rule changes and audit-ready evidence.
• Direct oversight of German withholding governance, execution, and controls across platforms.
• Oversee CRS and FATCA reporting governance, data lineage, and regulatory submissions with partners.
• Incorporate responsible AI use in tax/reporting processes with governance and risk alignment.
• Partner with front office, operations, tax, finance, compliance, legal, and IT to deliver outcomes.
• Drive automation and process simplification with scalable data lineage and resilience.
• Manage regulatory and audit interactions, including materials and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear performance standards.
