Job summary

Nomura offers a nine-week Global Markets internship in London for 2028 graduates within the Securitised Products and Private Credit Trading/Structuring (SP&PC) team. The program provides hands-on experience across origination, screening, diligence, structuring, execution and monitoring of transactions, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

You will rotate on real projects, develop credit analysis and modelling skills, and gain exposure to client discussions and trade execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance or illiquid credit is preferred.
• Ability to review financial statements and perform credit analysis.
• Strong modelling and analytical thinking, with clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening, due diligence and structuring of transactions.
• Support credit analysis and cash flow modelling for projects.
• Participate in client and internal calls and meetings.
• Contribute to day-to-day SP&PC processes and risk management.
