Job summary

Capula Investment Management in London offers a 10-week Summer Internship Programme across global offices. Interns work within a team, gaining exposure to traders, PMs and quantitative researchers, and contribute to real trading decisions.

Training in markets, modelling, and strategies is provided, along with networking and internship activities. Applicants should be final-year students graduating in 2027 or 2028 with strong quantitative skills, and experience in Python and Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 from a relevant degree program.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and trading.
• Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with Python and Excel; knowledge of C++, R or Java is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Traders, Portfolio Managers and Quant Researchers on defined projects.
• Receive training in financial modelling, analysis and trading strategies.
• Evaluate market conditions and economic data to support decisions.
• Develop research ideas and tools to aid trade analysis.
• Contribute to developing reports for desk trading decisions.
