Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Summer Intern in Global Markets to gain hands-on experience across trading, structuring, and digital markets.

The nine-week program runs June to August and serves as a pipeline to the analyst programme after graduation. You will assist senior colleagues with research, monitor markets, develop trade ideas, and participate in training and networking, under expert instruction from JPMorgan professionals.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, quantitative (algebra, statistics, probability), and interpretative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
• Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for the country to which you are applying.
• Willing to take on some responsibility and manage your own projects in collaboration with colleagues.
• Graduation date from June 2027 to August 2028.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial solutions to help clients manage risk, increase returns and solve complex financial problems.
• Solve a range of stimulating and interesting business issues.
• Support senior colleagues with key research, evaluation and preparatory work.
• Monitor markets and develop trade ideas.
• Conduct portfolio reviews.
• Learn about the solutions and products we offer for clients to manage any market conditions.
• Participate in hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking.
