Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Markets Transition Manager to coordinate client onboarding activities, linking clients, sales teams, and internal partners to prepare clients for trading across markets products.

You will support reference data, know your customer, accounts, credit, legal, and operations processes, tracking requests and communicating requirements, while contributing to platform and data improvements for better service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing onboarding or partner role.
• Knowledge of markets products, onboarding platforms, and core controls.
• Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to navigate varied process flows and data sets to identify improvements.
• Experience designing tech enhancements that improve onboarding processes.
• Experience using analytics, automation, or data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent client onboarding experience across a fast-paced, multi-asset class environment with strong control and transparency.
• Field and track onboarding requests, requirements, status updates, and timeframes for clients and internal partners.
• Apply client, product, and process knowledge to answer questions and communicate clear onboarding steps.
• Coordinate with sales teams and internal partners across reference data, know your customer, accounts, credit, legal, and operations processes.
• Build strong working relationships to support a transparent, controlled onboarding environment.
• Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to improve platforms, automation, reporting, and onboarding metrics.
