QH4 Consulting in London is hiring a Data Business Analyst for a global investment management firm, in a hybrid role with 50% in-office presence. You will join a growing data team and sit between business, data owners and engineering to ensure data requirements are understood, documented and delivered.

This position supports embedding a new governance framework and a major front-to-back platform transformation, focusing on gathering requirements, mapping data flows, and ensuring data quality

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Business Analyst, ideally within asset management or financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with data platforms in the cloud; Snowflake and dbt would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document data requirements with business stakeholders.
• Map data flows, processes and lineage across the organisation.
• Support data owners with data domains and data quality as governance is embedded.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for engineering teams.
• Support analysis for the front-to-back platform transformation.
