Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Compliance Officer for Global Markets Compliance Advisory in London. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on-site on the Markets trading floor, with exposure to commodities, front office and senior stakeholders.

You will interpret regulatory obligations, advise on market standards, support new products, and help manage regulatory risks across the business. A strong governance and conduct framework is expected in this market-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience advising commodities markets or GM businesses with commodities knowledge.
• Strong regulatory judgment and ability to apply rules to business activity.
• Proven ability to provide credible advice to front office and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Compliance Advisory for Commodities, advising on regulatory and transactional matters.
• Interpret and apply FCA rules, MiFID II, MAR, EMIR and industry standards.
• Support new products, business initiatives and strategic change programmes with regulatory risk assessment.
• Provide timely guidance on regulatory developments and emerging risks to stakeholders.
