Job summary

Equinix is seeking an Executive and Internal Communications Manager for Global Markets to lead storytelling, employee engagement and integrated communications for a newly formed global function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Markets Communications, you will collaborate with regional teams to amplify leadership voices and drive measurable impact across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and implementing strategic communications for senior executives.
• Strong storytelling and writing/editing skills with ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience managing multi-channel external and internal communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop external communications for the EVP, Global Markets including thought leadership and speaking engagements.
• Lead internal comms programs to unify the Global Markets function across regions.
• Collaborate with PR, IR, Public Policy and regional teams to drive engagement.
