Job summary

Muslim Hands is seeking a Head of Marketing to transform our strategy from local fundraising to a global approach. You will lead a team of 4+ specialists, coordinating campaigns across UK, South Africa, France, USA and Canada, acting as an in-house agency to fundraising offices.

You will drive innovation, plan across PPC, paid social, SEO, display, print and TV, and manage multi-million-pound budgets with a focus on brand growth and income generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a marketing team.
• Experience across digital marketing platforms and analytics.
• Ability to travel to fundraising offices overseas or project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team of 4+ reports and coach performance.
• Strategically plan and execute across PPC, paid social, display, SEO, print, TV and other channels.
• Manage multi-million-pound budgets and ensure brand consistency across regions.
• Collaborate with external agencies and align campaigns across offices.
