Job summary

JD.com's Young (JDY) Internship Program offers early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities. Over 3–6 months, you will work with experienced teams across our global network, gaining insights into how a leading cross-border technology and logistics company operates.

You’ll participate in supplier technology integration projects, monitor KPIs, and coordinate timelines while taking ownership of specific supply chain tasks and collaborating to deliver project goals.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying towards, or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills; previous PM experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Proactive, hands-on, collaborative, results-oriented; Chinese language skills are a bonus.
