Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd in Wimborne is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a global marine engineering team, driving product development and production excellence. You will oversee release plans, lifecycle management and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating across multiple sites, promoting collaboration, and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach to solutions for C1.5 to C18 propulsion products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Product Management team for marine products from C1.5 – C18 as part of the Marine Power Products department.
• Lead the team based in Wimborne, Mossville and Griffin across the complete product lifecycle from NTI through to current production and DTO.
• Have a Customer-Back Mindset to provide the best possible solutions to the challenges of both product development and current production of Marine products.
• Manage and maintain product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
