Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd in Wimborne seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Management team for marine products from C1.5 to C18, guiding the full lifecycle from NTI to DTO. You will coordinate cross-location teams in Wimborne, Mossville and Griffin to deliver robust, market-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes a customer-back mindset, on-time delivery within budget, and close collaboration with engineering, production and global partners. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Product Management team for marine products from C1.5 – C18 as part of the Marine Power Products department
• Lead the team based in Wimborne, Mossville and Griffin across the complete product lifecycle from NTI through to current production and DTO
• Have a Customer-Back Mindset to provide the best possible solutions to the challenges of both product development and current production of Marine products
• Manage and maintain product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
