Confidential is seeking an Account Executive (Marine Equipment / Manufacturing) in North Shields. Salary range 30,000–35,000 GBP plus Bonus and OTE 40k–45k. Role involves managing international accounts with travel to Europe, and developing long-term commercial relationships.

The successful candidate will join a well-established manufacturer with over 200 years of heritage in marine navigation and technical instruments, serving customers globally.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Background in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with an established international customer base.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on orders.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Travel internationally across Europe to visit customers and strengthen relationships.
