Kraft Heinz invites graduates to join the Global Manufacturing Traineeship (GMT), a 12‑month program across two UK sites (Kitt Green or Telford). You’ll receive intensive onboarding in Operations and Supply Chain, plus a commercial boot‑camp in Marketing, Sales and Category.

After the program, you’ll pursue Operations Management or Technical expertise paths within Kraft Heinz. You will be mentored, gain exposure to global teams, and complete a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification through a

• Bachelor or master’s degree completed in 2026 or 2027 in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Full working rights in the UK.
• Willingness to move across functional areas within sites.
• Strong extra‑curricular achievements demonstrating initiative and ownership.
• Consumer‑obsessed mindset with a drive to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Join an initial 12‑month Global Manufacturing Traineeship at one of our UK sites.
• Spend first half on factory operations projects applying Lean Six Sigma concepts to productivity.
• Second half: job shadowing a Factory Team Leader/CI Lead to deepen manufacturing processes and leadership skills.
• Transition into Operations Management or Technical Expert roles after graduation.
