You’ll rotate through key value chain areas, gain hands‑on experience, and contribute to real projects from day one. Successful candidates relocate to Nottingham, UK or Rotterdam, Netherlands, and participate in onboarding, field training, and a capstone

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation by June 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham, UK or Rotterdam, Netherlands.
• Interest in broad cross-functional exposure across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and global induction.
• Rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service across five months of field training.
• Participate in Leadership and Methodology training to build system-thinking.
• Deliver a capstone project with measurable results and present to Leadership.
